The hotel was clean. Staff were responsive. Central location was a plus. Plus, I could reach Royal William Yard within easy walking distance of the venue. There were a couple of GREAT restaurants.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to the main central areas and attractions. the rooms and bathrooms were neat and tidy, and had basic facilities such as comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. the breakfast was good and tasty with a variety of options available to choose from.
The reservations and Wi-Fi services were not easily accessible to all guests.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel during my business trip. The security was top-notch from the entrance to my room. The cleanliness was impressive, and the amenities in the room were well-maintained. The staff here were very hospitable and despite the language barrier, they tried their best to communicate in different languages. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to the city center, transportation, and parking was available. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were excellent. this hotel surpassed my expectations and made my stay comfortable.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and sophistication. the amenities provided here are exclusive and cater to all our needs. the swimming pool area is serene, well, maintained, and equipped with sun loungers to relax. the room facilities are top, notch with private balconies and a well, stocked minibar. the restaurant serves delectable international cuisines and the in, room breakfast is efficient.
the language barrier was a bit inconvenient at times as some staff struggled with English.

My Easter vacation was fantastic! the hotel was great value for money and the service was exceptional. They had excellent amenities, including a clean and well-maintained room and a restaurant with a diverse menu. Its location was perfect, near to some tourist attraction sites and shopping centers.
this was not a big problem for me since I enjoyed speaking French with them.

I loved the comfortable and well-maintained rooms which ensured that I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. the hotel's location was perfect as it allowed me to explore the city easily. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel truly welcomed.
Despite the busy festive period, the staff were professional and kept operations running smoothly. However, there were a few minor language barriers which sometimes led to communication issues.
